SPB definition

SPB means the scientific advisory board comprised of academic experts in applicable fields, representatives of BGM, Participant, and other sponsors of the HRP Initiative that are approved by the JSC, as further described in Section 3.2.
SPB means the strategic partnering board as defined in Clause 14.1;
SPB means Spec. Boxster being Class F, restricted to Boxsters with the 2.5 litre or 2.7 litre engine.

SPB means the average closing price of a share of the Company’s Common Stock (or the common stock of the applicable member of the TSR Peer Group) for a period of twenty (20) trading days ending on the last day immediately prior to the start of the Performance Period.
