Such consent is subject to revocation by FMR in its discretion, if FMR or subsidiary or affiliate thereof is not employed as the investment adviser of each Series of the Trust. As between the Trust and FMR, FMR controls the use of the name of the Trust insofar as such name contains the identifying word "Fidelity" or "Spartan." FMR may, from time to time, use the identifying word "Fidelity" or "Spartan" in other connections and for other purposes, including, without limitation, in the names of other investment companies, corporations or businesses which it may manage, advise, sponsor or own or in which it may have a financial interest. FMR may require the Trust or any Series thereof to cease using the identifying word "Fidelity" or "Spartan" in the name of the Trust or any Series thereof if the Trust or any Series thereof ceases to employ FMR or a subsidiary or affiliate thereof as investment adviser.
