Spartan in other connections and for other purposes, including, without limitation, in the names of other investment companies, corporations or businesses which it may manage, advise, sponsor or own or in which it may have a financial interest. Buyer as a result of this default or any other non-compliance with the terms of this PO may, at the discretion of Buyer, be offset against any sum owing under this or any other PO between Buyer and Seller, or charged back to Seller;

Spartan means Spartan Capital Securities LLC.
