Examples of Space Planner in a sentence

  • All fees of the Space Planner shall be borne solely by Tenant, subject to application of the Improvement Allowance as hereinafter provided.

  • When prepared, the Working Drawings consistent with the Space Plan shall be delivered by the Space Planner to the Tenant for approval.

  • If Landlord approves Tenant’s requested change, addition, or alteration, the Space Planner, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall complete all working drawings necessary to show the change, addition or alteration being requested by Tenant.

  • The Space Planner shall prepare all space plans, working drawings, and plans and specifications described in Paragraph B.3, below, in conformity with the base Building plans and systems, and the Space Planner shall coordinate its plans and specifications with the Engineers (hereinafter defined) and Landlord.

  • If the Landlord determines that the Space Plan does not conform to the requirements of Section II below, or Tenant determines that the estimated costs of Tenant Improvements which are in excess of the Tenant Improvement Allowance are not within the scope of its budget, the Space Plan will be returned to Tenant for review by Tenant with the Space Planner and for corrections or revisions.
