Space Factor definition

Space Factor means Six Hundred Thirty-One (631), as the same may be decreased pursuant to the terms hereof.
Space Factor means the space used by the Attaching Entity as a percentage of usable space on the utility pole.

Space Factor means Ten Thousand Six Hundred Twelve (10,612) rentable square feet as the same may be reduced (but not increased) pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
