Sony means Sony Europe B.V. (with its registered office at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW, UK and incorporated in the Netherlands, No. 71682147) or such persons, entities and/or body corporates that are under common Control with, Control, or are Controlled by Sony EuropeB.V. (where “Control” shall mean that the entity has a direct or indirect equity ownership of at least fifty per cent of the voting shares in issue now or in the future).
