SONIA Rate definition

SONIA Rate means, in respect of any London Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average rate for such London Business Day, as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or, if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors) on the London Business Day immediately following such London Business Day; and
SONIA Rate means, in respect of a London Business Day, the effective reference rate equal to the overnight interest rate (published as a percentage to four decimal places) calculated by the Wholesale Market Bankers’ Association as a weighted average of all overnight unsecured lending transactions in Sterling in the interbank market, initiated within London by the contributing panel banks which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as of 7.00 p.m. (Central European time) on such London Business Day, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
SONIA Rate means the rate computed by the Benchmark Administrator or its agent with respect to SONIA on a particular business day.

SONIA Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily SONIA rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or, if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day.
SONIA Rate means, in respect of any London Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average rate for such London Business Day, as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Primary Source (or, if the Primary Source is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors) on the London Business Day immediately following such London Business Day; and
SONIA Rate with respect to any applicable determination date, the Sterling Overnight Index Average Reference Rate published on the fifth Business Day preceding such date on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time); provided however that if such determination date is not a Business Day, SONIA Rate means such rate that applied on the first Business Day immediately prior thereto.
SONIA Rate means in respect of each Note Interest Period (in the following order of priority):
SONIA Rate means the rate per annum equal to SONIA determined pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SONIA Adjustment; provided that if the SONIA Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
SONIA Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension denominated in Pounds Sterling, the rate per annum equal to SONIA determined pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SONIA Adjustment; provided that, if any SONIA Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of this Agreement. Any change in the SONIA Rate shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice.
SONIA Rate means, with respect to any Obligations bearing interest in Sterling, the Daily Simple RFR applicable to Sterling.
