Sole Source Purchase definition

Sole Source Purchase means the procurement of goods/services that are unique to a particular Bidder/Proponent and cannot be obtained from another source;

Sole Source Purchase means a non-competitive acquisition whereby the purchases for goods and or services are directed to the only available Vendor of that good and or service.
