The Seller and a Servicer shall cause (i) all Sold Receivables to be identified on each Investment Request in accordance with Section 2.02(a) and (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of each Obligor’s Sold Receivables to be identified on each Information Package delivered hereunder.
