Solar Asset definition
Solar Asset means a Host Customer Solar Asset or PBI Solar Asset, in each case owned by a Financing Fund or SAP, as applicable, or a Hedged SREC Solar Asset owned the by Borrower.
Solar Asset means, with respect to a Solar Loan, the right title and interest in:
Solar Asset means the Initial Solar Assets and any Qualified Substitute Solar Assets.

The Depositor or the Performance Guarantor, as applicable, shall fail to pay any Liquidated Damages with respect to a Defective Solar Asset when due in accordance with the terms of the Depositor Contribution Agreement or the Performance Guaranty, as applicable.
All certifications then required to be delivered by the Custodian pursuant to Sections 4(a) and (b) of the Custodial Agreement for each Solar Asset then included in the Borrowing Base Pool shall have been received by the Administrative Agent.

Solar Asset means one of the Solar Assets identified on the Schedule of Solar Assets and consists of (i) a PV System installed on a residential property, (ii) all related real property rights, Permits and Manufacturer Warranties (in each case, to the extent transferable), (iii) all rights and remedies of the lessor/seller under the related Customer Agreement, including all Host Customer Payments on and after the Cut-Off Date and any related security therefor, and (iv) all documentation related to such PV System and the Customer Agreement.
Solar Asset means (i) a System installed on a residential property (or, in the case of a [***], on [***]), (ii) all related real property rights, Permits and Manufacturer Warranties (in each case, to the extent transferable), (iii) all rights and remedies of the lessor/seller under the related Customer Agreement, including all Host Customer Payments on and after the related Transfer Date and any related security therefor, (iv) all rights and remedies of the payee under any PBI Documents related to such System, including all PBI Payments on and after the related Transfer Date and (v) all documentation in the Custodian File and other documents maintained by the Custodian related to such System, the Customer Agreement and PBI Documents, if any.
Solar Asset means the photovoltaic solar generating facility to be located at the Site with a total installed capacity, as further described in Exhibit G-1.

Solar Asset means, as the context requires, a TPO Solar Project or [***].
Solar Asset means the Initial Solar Assets, any Qualified Substitute Solar Assets and any Qualified Substitute PTO Solar Assets.
