Software Maintenance Services means the services provided by Xxxxxxxxx pursuant to the Software Maintenance Program.
Software Maintenance Services means the services described in Appendix A to these terms and conditions. Subscription has the meaning given in clause 1.3(a)(ii).

Additional fees may apply if Customer allows the Services to lapse and wishes to restart such Software Maintenance Services at some future date.
Software assets that are eligible for transfer that have lapsed Software Maintenance Services (SIN 54151) may require a maintenance reinstatement fee, chargeable to the new ordering activity or license grantee.
When such afee is paid, the new ordering activity shall receive all the rights and benefits of Software Maintenance Services.
The Contractor agrees to provide updates and software maintenance services for the software after a perpetual license has accrued, at the prices and terms of SIN 54151 - Software Maintenance Services, if the licensee elects to order such services.
The rights associated with paid for current Software Maintenance Services shall automatically transfer with the software licenses without fee.
More Definitions of Software Maintenance Services
Software Maintenance Services. (or “Maintenance”): access to an online repository containing the complete software code distribution for Meridian and all updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories, and bug fixes for Meridian that are released by OpenNMS (collectively, “Meridian Updates”). Software Maintenance Services are offered separately for each Meridian Component.

(T) "SERVICES" (to the extent provided for under a Scope of Work or Change Order attached hereto) shall mean and include, without limitation, service bureau tasks, managed application services, co-location services, customer technical support services, transaction processing services, or other services as set forth in such Scope of Work or Change Order.
Software Maintenance Services means the services providing bug fixes, and updates to the Software as further described in Clause 20.1.
