SOC 1 definition

SOC 1 has the meaning set forth in clause 5.2 of this Agreement.

SOC 1 means any routine Service Organization Control 1 reports.

SOC 1 means the AICPA System and Organizational Controls for Service Organizations – SOC 1: Report on Controls at a Service Organization Relevant to User Entities’ Internal Control over Financial Reporting audit, as amended or superseded or replaced from time to time, or other modified or replacement or successor report

Examples of SOC 1 in a sentence

• On an annual basis, the Transfer Agent will provide the Fund with copies of its SOC 1 report.

• Upon reasonable request of a Fund, the Custodian shall provide the Fund with a copy of the Custodian’s Service Organizational Control (SOC) 1 reports prepared in accordance with the requirements of AT section 801, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization (formerly Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16).

• On an annual basis, DST will provide the Fund with copies of its SOC 1 report.

• We have attained, and will maintain, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, or its equivalent, for so long as you are timely paying for SaaS Services.

• Vendor agrees to provide SSAE 16 (SOC 1) Standard Type II reports to NNPS Contract Administrator annually which document verification of controls tested.

• For each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, upon sixty (60) calendar days of issuance but no later than the end of each calendar year, Vendor shall submit to Citizens via email to Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee a copy of its annual American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 type 2 report or SOC 2 type 2 report (for all Trusted Services Principles) relevant, as solely determined by Citizens, to the Services.

• Licensor shall maintain a hosting environment that undergoes examinations from an independent auditor in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts SSAE 16 (i.e. SOC 1) and the AICPA Trust Services Principles Section 100a, Trust Services for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy (i.e. SOC 2).

• Within 30 days of receiving the Customer's request and at least annually, J.P. Morgan will send to the Customer a copy of J.P. Morgan's Service Organizational Control (SOC) 1 reports (or any successor reports) prepared in accordance with the requirements of AT section 801, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization (formerly Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16).

• Provider has attained, and will maintain, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, or its equivalent, for so long as LEA is timely paying for hosted Services.

• USBFS will provide the Trust with certain copies of third party audit reports (e.g., SSAE 16 or SOC 1) through access to USBFS’s CCO Portal (limited to two persons) to the extent such reports are available and related to services performed or made available by USBFS under this Agreement.

SOC 1 has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13 of the Master Servicing Agreement.
