Snow. MEANS THE SNOW SOFTWARE ENTITY IDENTIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE ORDER FORM OR SOW, PROVIDED THAT IF THE SNOW SOFTWARE ENTITY IS NOT IDENTIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE ORDER FORM OR SOW, “SNOW” MEANS THE SNOW SOFTWARE ENTITY CORRESPONDING THE COUNTRY OR REGION WHERE CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTS THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AS SET FORTH IN GLOBAL APPENDIX OF THIS MLSA. Customer and Snow may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” An “Affiliate” of a Party means any legal entity that directly, or indirectly, controls or is controlled by, or is under the common control of such Party. Each individual signing an Order Form or SOW represents and warrants that she/he is duly authorized and has full authority to execute this MLSA on behalf of the respective Party.
