Small Project definition

Small Project means a qualified rehabilitation project with estimated final qualified rehabilitation expenditures of $750,000 or less.
Small Project means a project with:

Examples of Small Project in a sentence

  • The second Small Project Estimate shall identify all other Capital Items projected to cost less than $500,000 each.

  • Individual Capital Items projected to cost more than $50,000 shall be identified separately in one of the two Small Project Estimates.

  • All Capital Items covered by the Small Project Estimate will be depreciated over 10 years.

  • Each preliminary and final report shall separately list individual projects expected to cost more than $500,000 and shall include two “Small Project Estimates.” One Small Project Estimate shall identify Capital Items (projected to cost less than $500,000 each) required to maintain or enhance reliability.

  • Small Project Closeout is initiated by logging into the grants management system, selecting the Subrecipient’s account, then selecting ‘Create New Request’, and selecting ‘New Small Project Completion/Closeout’.


More Definitions of Small Project

Small Project means a Project comprised of (a) Prescriptive Measures with Estimated Participant Incentives of less than or equal to $20,000, or (b) Custom Measures with an Estimated Participant Incentive of less than or equal to $10,000.
