• As Scheduling Coordinator, Buyer shall submit all notices and updates required under the CAISO Tariff and Applicable Laws regarding each Generating Unit’s or the Generating Facility’s status, as applicable, to the CAISO, including all SLIC Outage requests, SLIC Forced Outages, or CAISO Forced Outage Reports.
