Siteworks definition

Siteworks means works undertaken by the Transporter at the request of a User or other person in connection with a System for the purposes of:
Siteworks means works or services undertaken by the Transporter on behalf of a Shipper at or in connection with a DM Offtake, an NDM Supply Point or a Proposed DM Offtake or a Proposed NDM Supply Point and shall include works or services which may be requested or provided in accordance with a Shipper’s Siteworks Agreement;
Siteworks means any works carried out by Gas Networks Ireland in relation to the Customer’s Natural Gas Connection and any other piece of work as set out in Gas Networks

Examples of Siteworks in a sentence

  • This includes any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation of the Siteworks by the Customer or because of the Customer’s default.

  • The Customer will also be responsible for all fees payable where Gas Networks Ireland visits the Premises to carry out the Siteworks at a time agreed with the Customer, but is unable to do so due to the default of the Customer.

  • Where Bord Gáis rejects an Operational Siteworks Request pursuant to this Clause then Bord Gáis shall not have any further obligations to the Company in respect of that particular Operational Siteworks Request.
