All notices under, or in connection with, this Agreement will, unless otherwise stated, be given in writing by letter, telex, facsimile or SITA.
Airline shall provide the Port with the information for the Port’s Flight Information Management System (“FIMS”) by providing real time data output from Airline’s internal flight information display system, computer reservations system, cargo load message transmission, ARINC or SITA transmissions, or other information systems (including commercial information systems) on a per flight basis.
