Sinking Fund Payment Date means the date on which any Term Bond is to be called for redemption pursuant to the sinking fund requirements of the Supplemental Resolution providing for the issuance thereof or, if not redeemed, the stated maturity date thereof.

Sinking Fund Payment Date means the date on which any Term Note is to be called for redemption pursuant to subsection (A) or (B) of Section 4.7.2 hereof and the applicable provisions of the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance thereof, or, if not redeemed, the Stated Maturity thereof.

Sinking Fund Payment Date means the date on which any Term Note is to be mandatorily redeemed pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance thereof and from funds allocated as provided in Section 4.06(b) hereof, or, if not redeemed, the Stated Maturity thereof.
