Single Dwelling Unit definition

Single Dwelling Unit means a single detached structure containing one dwelling unit for human habitation and accessory buildings appurtenant thereto located on a lot or parcel and all housing services provided in connection with the use or occupancy thereof.
Single Dwelling Unit means one (1) dwelling, other than a mobile home dwelling, having one (1) dwelling unit.

Single Dwelling Unit means a building project which consists of an individual detached residence located on a lot with building setbacks to the front, rear and side.
