Signs. Posting of placards or signs containing advertisements of any kind, an event collecting an entrance fee or selling food, goods or services is strictly forbidden except for those groups holding a valid Special Event Permit. Tenant shall remove all of Tenant's signs, repair any damage caused thereby, and restore the surface upon which the sign was affixed to its original condition, all to Landlord's reasonable satisfaction, upon the termination of this Lease.
