Signing Officers definition

Signing Officers means the Chair, CEO, and others as approved by the Board
Signing Officers means the persons authorized pursuant to the By-laws to sign any Document on behalf of the Corporation, and “Signing Officer” means any one of them; and

Signing Officers means those individuals with signing authority for the PDSB and includes the Director of Education, Associate Directors, and the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board;
