Signing Bonus definition

Signing Bonus means Compensation payable in cash and designated by the Administrator as a special bonus intended to induce an individual to accept initial employment (or re-employment) by a Participating Company or to execute an employment agreement, or an amount payable in connection with a promotion.
Signing Bonus as defined in Section 3.1(b).
