Sideground definition

Sideground indicates all the knowledge and information as well as all intangible goods protected in accordance with national, EC and international regulations regarding intellectual and industrial property, implemented or, nevertheless, achieved by a party during the validity of this contract, but not during the execution thereof
Sideground means the Results, including Data, know-how and information, whether or not they can be protected, which are generated by a Partner under the Project but outside of the Project Objectives and which are not needed for undertaking and completing the Project;
Sideground means tangible or intangible output generated by a Beneficiary under the Action, such as data, knowledge and information, whatever its form or nature, whether or not it can be protected, but which is outside of the Action Objectives3 as defined in the Grant Agreement and which therefore is not needed for implementing the Action or for Research Use of Results.

Sideground means Technology and Patent Rights made or conceived as a result of projects carried out separately from the Development Program after the Effective Date, regardless of whether they are a consequence (including improvement) of work carried out under the Development Program.
Sideground means all knowledge, information as well as any intangible good that is protectable under national, EU and international intellectual and industrial property laws and regulations, created or otherwise achieved by a PARTY during the period of effectiveness of this CONTRACT but not in its execution nor connected to the objective of the PROJECT, even if it is in the same technical or scientific field of the subject matter of the CONTRACT. By way of example only, the SIDEGROUND may include intangible assets dependent on or derived from the FOREGROUND.
Sideground means information other than Foreground held by a Party after entering into the Grant Agreement, as well as copyright or other IPR’s pertaining to such information, the application for which has been filed after the accession to the Grant Agreement, and which is introduced into the Project by that Party for use in execution of the Project.
Sideground means information, other than Foreground, developed or otherwise acquired by a Party after the commencement date of the ICON project as well as copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights regarding this information, and which has been explicitly introduced by this Party in a way that another Party will need this information for the implementation of the ICON project or for the Use of the Foreground.
