Shuttle definition

Shuttle means a vehicle for hire that provides pre- arranged service to passengers based on a pre-determined schedule and route and includes but is not limited to a vehicle for which a shuttle licence has been issued;
Shuttle means multiple similar movements for a single customer, up to a maximum of Two (2) hours operating time one way. SEE SCHEDULE ‘C’ FOR SHUTTLE RULES.
Shuttle will include transportation of students who are homeless or displaced, special needs students’ co-curricular activities, and other students’ co-curricular activities such as work/study programs. A field trip is not a “shuttle.”

Shuttle means any motor vehicle designed or constructed to accommodate and transport not more than fifteen (15) passengers for hire, exclusive of the driver, the principal operation of which is confined to the area within the corporate limits of cities and suburban territory adjacent thereto, and is operated on a fixed route or schedule;
