Shrink-Wrap Code definition

Shrink-Wrap Code means generally commercially available, off-the-shelf Software where available for a cost of not more than $5,000 for a perpetual license for a single user or work station (or $1,000 for an annual license for a single user or work station).
Shrink-Wrap Code means any generally commercially available Software in executable code form (other than development tools and development environments) that is available for a cost of not more than $1,000 for a perpetual license for a single user or workstation (or $5,000 in the aggregate for all users and workstations).
Shrink-Wrap Code means any generally commercially available, non-custom Software in executable code form or generally commercially available hosted or software-as-a-service offering that is available for an annual cost of not more than $25,000 on non-discriminatory terms and conditions.
