Showing Month definition

Showing Month shall be each day of each calendar month of the Delivery Period that is the subject of the Compliance Showing, as set forth in the CPUC Decisions and outlined in the CAISO Tariff. For illustrative purposes only, pursuant to the CAISO Tariff and CPUC Decisions in effect as of the Execution Date, the monthly Compliance Showing made in June is for the Showing Month of August.
Showing Month means the calendar month of the Delivery Term, commencing with the Showing Month that contains the RA Guarantee Date, that is the subject of the RA Compliance Showing, as set forth in the Resource Adequacy Rulings and outlined in the CAISO Tariff. Examples of Showing Month in a sentence

  • No later than ten (10) Business Days before the applicable Compliance Showing deadlines for each Showing Month, Buyer may Notify Seller of any administrative or typographical corrections to the Supply Plan and Seller shall implement any such corrections in the Supply Plan that it submits, or causes to be submitted, to the CAISO.

  • A = The Contract Price for the applicable Showing Month, including SC costs.
