Short-Term Disability Plan definition

Short-Term Disability Plan when immediately preceded by "Cadence," means the Cadence Short-Term Disability Plan. When immediately preceded by "Tality," Short-Term Disability Plan" means the short-term disability plan to be established by the Partnership pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 5.5(a).
