Shipset definition

Shipset means the total set of Production Articles provided by Seller hereunder necessary for production of one Program Airplane or Derivative.
Shipset means the total quantity of a given part number or material necessary for production of one airplane.

  • In the event of the foregoing, Gogo shall be responsible to ThinKom for the actual costs incurred by ThinKom associated with each Shipset through the date on which Gogo exercises its right to complete such Shipset under this Section, which amount will be payable to ThinKom upon the delivery of each such Shipset, or partial Shipset, to Gogo.
