Where this agreement and the Shareholders' Deed deal with the same or similar topic differently, this agreement is to prevail.
Such commissions may be satisfied by the payment of cash and/or, if required to be approved under the Shareholders Deed and the Articles and so approved in accordance therewith, the issue of fully or partly paid-up Shares.
