Shared Equipment definition

Shared Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
Shared Equipment means two (2) drivers sharing one (1) allocated power unit, from a production location.
Shared Equipment means the components of the Facility (other than the turbines) required to deliver Products to the Delivery Point and will include the offshore substation platform, export cables, inter-array cables, onshore substation, onshore routing and switching station and the point of interconnection.

  • In no event will the Shared Equipment have an as-built nameplate capacity that is less than the aggregate nameplate capacity of the Facility and the Other Facility at any time during the Services Term.

  • Seller shall also cause the Shared Equipment to be constructed, maintained and operated in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Replacement of Shared Equipment, whether necessitated by Licensee or otherwise, shall be at University’s sole option.

More Definitions of Shared Equipment

Shared Equipment means the flight information display system (“FIDS”), the baggage information display system (“BIDS”), the LAN, the paging system, and the baggage handling system (conveyors, carrousels and associated equipment), that are designated for use by the Company, including the automated ground transportation system in the passenger tunnel connecting Terminal 3 to Concourse A.
Shared Equipment means manufacturing equipment located at the Girardet Facility and used in the Business and the Spine Business immediately prior to the date of this Agreement.
Shared Equipment means that equipment then owned or otherwise under the control of Seller intended for simultaneous use in multiple locations in the Complex. “Shared Services” means those services described in Schedule D.
