Share Subscription Price definition

Share Subscription Price means US$ 0.0341 per share of the Issuer representing a 5% premium over the Reference Price.

Share Subscription Price means the subscription price payable to exercise a Right. Shares shall mean the Company's shares of common stock, no par value each.
