Share Security definition

Share Security means, in relation to each Borrower, the document constituting a first Security Interest by its Holding Company in favour of the Security Agent in the agreed form in respect of all of the shares in such Borrower.

Share Security means any charge, mortgage or other security interest over Shares in the Company (or shares in a holding company of the Company) granted from time to time by the holder of such shares to any person;

More Definitions of Share Security

Share Security means a document creating Security over the share capital of each Guarantor in agreed form.

Share Security means, in relation to each Owner and each Bareboat Charter, the document constituting a first Security Interest by the relevant Holding Company of such Owner or Bareboat Charterer in favour of the Security Agent in the agreed form in respect of all of the shares in such Owner or Bareboat Charterer.
