Share Seal definition

Share Seal means the share seal of the Company.
Share Seal means the share seal of the Company. "shares" means shares in the Company.
Share Seal means the duplicate common seal referred to in clause 19.3.

  • The signature of any Directors, Secretary or other person as aforesaid and the Share Seal may be affixed by some mechanical means to certificates which have first been approved for sealing by the Company, or other person appointed for that purpose by the Company.

  • The Company may adopt a duplicate common seal to be known as the Share Seal, which shall be a facsimile of the Seal with the substitution on its face of the words “Share Seal” or “Certificate Seal” for the words “Common Seal”.
