Share Repurchase Program definition

Share Repurchase Program means, a program, if any, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to which the Company may conduct Share repurchases.
Share Repurchase Program means the Borrower’s Share Repurchase Program, established by the Borrower on October 24, 2018, providing for the repurchase by the Borrower of up to $75,000,000 of its shares of common stock.
Share Repurchase Program shall have the meaning as provided in Section 5.14 herein.

More Definitions of Share Repurchase Program

Share Repurchase Program has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(a).
Share Repurchase Program means any agreement, combination of agreements or policy of the Borrower (which policy has been approved by a majority of the board of directors of the Borrower) that is in effect on the Effective Date, pursuant to which the Borrower is or may become obligated to repurchase Equity Interests issued by it that are held by third parties in an amount determined by reference to the price or value of the Borrower’s Equity Interests so repurchased at the time of such repurchase.
Share Repurchase Program means the share repurchase program of the Company, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.
Share Repurchase Program means the Borrower’s Share Repurchase Program as described in it filings made with the SEC.
Share Repurchase Program means a stock buyback or other similar equity repurchase program adopted by the board of directors of VMC pursuant to which VMC is authorized to purchase common Equity Interests of VMC on the secondary market from the holders of such common Equity Interests.
