Share Plan or “ESOP” means any stock option plan or equity incentive plan adopted by any Group Company from time to time in relation to the grant or issue of shares, stock options or any other securities to its employees, officers, directors, consultants and/or other eligible persons.

Share Plan means the 2018 Employee Share Option Plan duly adopted by the Board of Directors and approved by the Company.

• In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Share Plan, the Share Plan shall govern.

More Definitions of Share Plan

Share Plan means an incentive plan involving securities or which are securities-based in which any Employees of any Group Company can participate, including the EMI Plan, any share option plans, long term incentive plans, restricted share plans, ▇▇▇▇ plans, share incentive plans and phantom plans, and Share Plans will be construed accordingly.
