Share Block Company Shares may be offered to the public for sale if, in lieu of compliance with any other requirements, such offer is accompanied by a statement that any proposed purchaser of any such Shares is required to enter into a contract referred to in Section 17 in respect of such Shares and that a copy of the contract required to be entered into is available for inspection free of charge at an address indicated in the statement.
