SGR Security Agreement definition

SGR Security Agreement means that certain Slot, Gate and Route Security and Pledge Agreement as defined in Section 4.01(d), as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.

SGR Security Agreement means the Slot, Gate and Route Security and Pledge Agreement from Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

SGR Security Agreement shall have the meaning provided in the preamble hereof.

SGR Security Agreement means any security agreement related to Route Authorities, Slots and/or Foreign Gate Leaseholds substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

SGR Security Agreement means a Slot, Gate and Route Security Agreement among US Airways, AWA, Piedmont, PSA Airlines and the Administrative Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D.

SGR Security Agreement means that certain Slot, Gate and Route Security and Pledge Agreement as defined insection 4.01(d), as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended or restated from time to time.
