Sewer extension definition

Sewer extension means pipelines or conduits constituting main sewers, lateral sewers, or trunk sewers used for conducting pollutants to a larger interceptor sewer or to a point of ultimate disposal.

Sewer extension means any and all sanitary sewer facilities, including sewer pipe and manholes, and any fittings and connections related thereto which are to become part of the POTW and which are anticipated to increase flows in the sewer system by more than 2,500 gallons per day.
