Severance Payment Period definition

Severance Payment Period means the period of twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months immediately following the Employment Termination Date.
Severance Payment Period is any month in which the Executive receives a Severance Payment or in the event of a termination under Paragraph 13(f), the Severance Payment Period is 12 months.
Severance Payment Period means twenty-four (24) months for a Tier 1 Executive, eighteen (18) months for a Tier 2 Executive, and such period as may be specified by the Committee for a Tier 3 Executive.

  • In such event, an amount equal to the aggregate installment payments that would have been payable during the Extended Severance Payment Period, and the amounts described in the preceding sentence, shall be deducted from the amount otherwise payable in a lump sum in accordance with the first sentence hereof.

  • The Initial Payment shall include payment for any payroll periods which occur during the Severance Delay Period and the remaining Severance Pay shall continue until the expiration of the Severance Payment Period subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Severance Payment Period has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2.
