Setup Services means Services covered in Section 3 below.
Setup Services means the services that relate to the initial setup of the Access, as further described in clause 2;

Examples of Setup Services in a sentence
This clause applies where a Statement of Work specifies that the Supplier will provide Setup Services.
In consideration for the Customer's payment of the Set-up Fees in accordance with this agreement, following the agreement of a Statement of Work, Supplier will provide the Setup Services specified in that Statement of Work to Customer and/or any Group Entity as soon as practicable after that Statement of Work is agreed (or at such later date as the parties may agree in writing), and will use reasonable endeavours to complete such Setup Services within the timetable specified in that Statement of Work.
More Definitions of Setup Services
Setup Services means the standard initial services provided by the Company to set up and configure the system as specified in each fully executed Order Form in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Setup Services means the configuration, implementation and integration of the Hosted Services in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Hosted Services particulars);
Setup Services means the services that relate to the initial setup of the dINK instance: creation of enterprise account in the dINK content admin, creation of the kiosk app with branding material;

Setup Services means those setup services (if any) described in a Statement of Work agreed by the parties. Statement of Work means a statement of work in the form, and containing the details, specified in Schedule 2A (Template Statement of Work (Products and Setup Services) or Schedule 2B (Template Statement of Work (Consultancy Services)) or such other form agreed between the parties, including any later agreed amendment. Supplier Pre-existing Material means any material of the Supplier, including methodologies, algorithms, frameworks, know-how, processes, software, tools and templates supplied or otherwise made available by the Supplier in the course of performing its obligations under a Statement of Work which is either (a) existing prior to the date of the relevant Statement of Work; or (b) developed independently or outside the scope of this agreement, and includes all Modifications to such materials.
