Settlement Share definition

Settlement Share means each Participating Class Member’s share of the Net Settlement Amount as provided by this Agreement.
Settlement Share means the payment to a Settlement Class Member from the Settlement Fund. Each Settlement Class Member’s Settlement Share will be calculated consistent with the provisions of Paragraph 85 hereof.
