Settlement Class Vehicles definition

Settlement Class Vehicles means Class Vehicles currently or formerly owned or leased by Settlement Class Members.
Settlement Class Vehicles means model year 2009 through 2017 Volkswagen CC vehicles imported and distributed by Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Settlement Class Vehicles. “Settlement Class Vehicles” shall mean 1) Model Years 2018 and 2019 Honda Odyssey vehicles with Elite, EX, EX-L, EX-LNR or Touring trim levels; 2) Model Year 2019 Honda Pilot vehicles with 2EX-LNR, 2TRG, 2TRG 7P, 4Elite, 4EX, 4EX-L, 4EX-LNR, 4TRG, 4TRG 7P trim levels; and 3) Model Year 2019 Honda Passport with 2EX-L, 2TRG, 4Elite, 4EX-L, or 4TRG trim levels, regardless of the differences between and among the different Infotainment Systems in such vehicles.

  • Excluded from the Settlement Class are SOA, SBR, SOA’s employees, SBR’s employees, employees of SOA’s and/or SBR’s affiliated companies, SOA’s and SBR’s officers and directors, dealers that currently own Settlement Class Vehicles, all entities claiming to be subrogated to the rights of Settlement Class Members, issuers of extended vehicle warranties, and any Judge to whom the Litigation is assigned.

  • Nothing in this Settlement Agreement will be construed as adding to, diminishing, or otherwise affecting any express or implied warranty, duty, or contractual obligation of Subaru in connection with the Settlement Class Vehicles, except as it relates to Qualifying Starlink Malfunctions and Qualifying Repairs as set forth herein.

  • Gross spread is negatively related to the offer size, consistent with the argument of economies of scale (Ritter, 1987; Corwin and Harris, 2001).

Settlement Class Vehicles means the model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi A4 (Allroad, Avant, Sedan) vehicles, model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi A5 (Cabriolet, Coupe, Sportback) vehicles, and model year 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Audi Q5 vehicles which were imported and distributed by Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. for sale or lease in the United States and Puerto Rico and are specifically designated by Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) on Exhibit 4 to this Agreement (all of which are equipped with the 2.0L Second Generation EA888 engine).
Settlement Class Vehicles means the MY 2017-18 Honda CR-Vs equipped with the 1.5 liter Earth Dreams turbocharged engine and MY 2016-18 Honda Civics equipped with the 1.5 liter Earth Dreams turbocharged engine.
