  • Settlement Class Representative and Class Counsel represent and warrant that (i) the Settlement Amount includes all Attorneys’ Fees incurred in connection with the State Court Action and the Federal Court Action, and (ii) any Fee Application Class Counsel file shall include all persons (natural or legal) having any interest in any award of Attorneys’ Fees in connection with the State Court Action and the Federal Court Action.
