Setbacks definition

Setbacks means the area(s) of a Lot or Site within which the construction of Buildings and Structures is prohibited by these Restrictions and which may be referred to, by appropriate reference to the Lot or Site, as “front”, “side” or “rear” Setbacks.
Setbacks means a distance additional to minimum yard requirements which may be required on parcels adjacent to the roads;

More Definitions of Setbacks

Setbacks means the required distance from the telecommunications tower or Equipment Facility to the property line of the parcel on which the wireless communications facility is located.
