IBM is not responsible for any delay in performing or failure to perform Set Up Services caused by Customer’s delay in providing such access or performing Customer’s other responsibilities related to the Set Up Services.

More Definitions of Set Up Services

Set Up Services means the due diligence, configuration and related work referred to in clause 3, to be performed by the Supplier to set up the DaaS Services.

Set Up Services means the set up services as specified in the Proposal or as otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and may include configuration, implementation and integration of the Airbox Solution together with any training services in respect of Tier 1&2 support;

Set Up Services means the initial installation and activation services provided by FSI under this agreement pursuant to clause 3;

The Set Up Services do not include (a) system interfaces to third party applications (e.g., LDAPs, ERP systems, legacy databases or PDM systems), (b) customized functionality, (c) data migration services from legacy or file systems or (d) any Workgroup Managers (unless ordered by Subscriber) or third party CAD adapters. The Set Up Services will be considered complete and accepted upon access to the PLM On Demand System being made available to Subscriber.

Set Up Services means the services provided by Sia Partners to Customer as identified in the Order Form, including, without limitation, configuration, implementation, customization, scoping, analysis, training services with respect to the Solution, provision of APIs or web interfaces specifically developed for Customer to connect to the Solution, as well as any other associated services such as integration of the Solution with the Customer Systems, and including associated Deliverables;
