Services Order definition

Services Order means a written instrument signed by an authorized signatory of a State Entity and an authorized representative of Contractor substantially in the form of Exhibit C. Such Services Order will include any requirements, considerations, or objectives which differ from the general provisions of this Agreement and not otherwise address in a Solution Order; for example, the intent of the parties with respect to any rights to particular developments (intellectual property), specific Milestone Events and/or Milestone Dates and/or quality and warranty considerations, special fees, and all such other particular objectives, considerations, or requirements in conjunction with the delivery of Services by Contractor. Except as otherwise specifically provided in such Services Order, each Services Order shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Services Order means an order for Services served by the Customer on the Contractor in accordance with the Ordering Procedure and the agreed format which includes the Statement of Requirement and any Special Terms.

Services Order means an applicable statement of work, services order, order schedule, or similar ordering document referencing and including a link to this Agreement through which Licensee orders Services from Planet.

Examples of Services Order in a sentence

• All legal or dispute-related notices shall be sent in writing by courier, or by certified or registered mail (postage prepaid and return receipt requested) to the other party at the address set forth in the applicable Services Order, and will be effective upon receipt or three (3) business days after being deposited in the mail as required above, whichever occurs sooner.

• Upon execution by the Parties of a Order Schedule, and in consideration for the payment of the applicable fees, Planet will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services and to deliver those deliverables, if any, that are (a) described in the applicable Services Order and (b) delivered by Planet to Licensee under this Agreement or any Services Order (each, a “Deliverable”).

More Definitions of Services Order

Services Order means the agreement(s) between Licensee and Reseller that describes the commercial terms, including but not limited to Fees payable to Reseller for use of the Hosted Services, related to the use of the Hosted Services and the types of Hosted Services ordered and Services Order Term. A Services Order is invalid if Licensee does not accept this Agreement as part of the Services Order.

Services Order means a services order executed by CHN and Supplier for the performance of the relevant Activity by Supplier in such form approved by CHN from time to time and, to avoid doubt, includes each of the following schedules to that services order unless CHN specifies otherwise in writing:
