A Purchase of Services Order (PSO) shall be issued for any and all discrete services that are to be provided by the Provider to any child under the supervision or authority of the Buyer.
Otherwise, Licensee may not assign this Agreement or any Services Order in whole or in part without Licensor’s prior written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Customer will use the Service solely for Customer’s own, internal business purposes, for the number of users and locations set forth in the Services Order or otherwise approved in writing by Instinct.
The Order shall only be deemed accepted (at which point a contract shall be concluded) when ▇▇▇▇▇▇ confirms (either in writing or electronically) the Order and the installation date for any Products or delivery date for any Services (Order Confirmation).
In the event the Licensee needs to migrate data in excess of this limit, then Licensee may purchase additional capacity equal to the amount purchased under the initial Services Order.
