Servicer Notice means the notice acknowledged by the Servicer substantially in the form of Exhibit M hereto.

• Any successor to the Company in such capacities shall be agreed to by the Initial Bond Trustee and the Administrative Agent within ten (10) Business Days of the date of the Servicer Notice, and such successor shall be subject to satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition (as defined below) and otherwise satisfy the provisions of the Initial Servicing Agreement and the Receivables Agreements.
