Serviced Assets definition

Serviced Assets. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

• The Special Servicer shall from time to time (and, in any event, as may be reasonably required by the Property Manager) provide the Property Manager with such information regarding the Specially Serviced Assets as may be necessary for the Property Manager to prepare each Determination Date Report and any supplemental information to be provided by the Property Manager to the Issuers or the Indenture Trustee.

• The Servicer shall identify all amounts relating to an item of Equipment, the related Contract or other Serviced Assets.

More Definitions of Serviced Assets

Serviced Assets means the fixed income investments of the Company, other than (i) any securities which are rated investment grade by a nationally recognized rating agency, unless the investment grade bonds have a first-loss position; (ii) securities (whether or not rated) issued by any corporation which are not secured by any pledge of collateral; or (iii) any securities issued by the U.S. government or other temporary investments, such as commercial paper or money market investments, made by the Company. The fee shall be calculated and paid monthly on or before the fifth day following each month end. Manager shall be directly obligated to pay accrued fees hereunder, whether or not reimbursed by the Company for such fees as contemplated by the Management Agreement.

Manager shall be directly obligated to pay accrued fees hereunder, whether or not reimbursed by the Company for such fees as contemplated by the Management Agreement.

Serviced Assets means any Mortgage Loan, Receivables and/or REO Property covered by this Agreement.

Serviced Assets means the Loans and/or Borrower Payment Dependent Notes serviced by Servicer pursuant ot the Indenture.
