Service Usage Data definition

Service Usage Data means any data that is derived from the use of the Products that is anonymized, de-identified, and/or aggregated such that it could no longer directly or indirectly identify any natural person.
Service Usage Data means any data obtained by Comcast under the Agreement that specifically tracks the usage or performance of the Products, including but not limited to any performance or usage metrics for any Products.
Service Usage Data means Information on used products and services, quantities and types of stated goods, and all of the related information needed for the provisioning of the products and services through Xxxx.Xxxx.

More Definitions of Service Usage Data

Service Usage Data means anonymized data gathered as a result of Tie Users. Such information includes but is not limited to account type, device type, browser version and duration. These data points and similar data points assist Tierra in monitoring the Service for security and infrastructure stability.
Service Usage Data means any data that is derived from the use of the Services that does not directly or indirectly identify you, your End Users, or any natural person and includes (a) data such as volumes, frequencies, bounce rates, and Service performance data and (b) subject to any restrictions under applicable law or regulation, data that is anonymized, de- identified, and/or aggregated such that it could no longer directly or indirectly identify you, your End Users, or any natural person. “Support Terms” means the support-related terms for the Services, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support-plans. “Third Party Services” means any products, services, or software components that are purchased by you from Twilio, but provided, or otherwise made available, by a third party (i.e., a party other than Twilio). Third Party Services are governed by a separate agreement between you and the third-party provider. “Twilio Acceptable Use Policy” means certain terms relating to the use of the Services, including the Service and Country Specific Requirements set forth therein, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/aup. “Twilio Data Protection Addendum” means the personal data processing-related terms for the Services, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/data- protection-addendum. “Twilio Security Overview” means the security-related terms for the Services, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/security-overview. “Twilio SLA” means the service level agreement for the Services, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/service-level-agreement. Any capitalized term not defined in this Section 1 will have the meaning provided in this Agreement.
Service Usage Data means usage data generated by Users in using Smartsheet Services that does not reveal the contents of Customer Content.
Service Usage Data means non-personal identifiable Service usage data, including, but not limited to, resource identifiers, metadata tags, security and access roles, rules, usage policies, permissions, usage statistics and analytics. “Subscription” refers to an enrolment for a Service or a Third-party Product for a defined term. “Third-party Product” refers to products or services made available through the Cloudmore Marketplace by a third party, e.g. for discovery, ordering, contracting, provisioning, and management.
Service Usage Data means anonymized data gathered as a result of Topcon monitoring the use of the Service by all customers. Such information includes but is not limited to customer account type, device type, browser version and duration. These data points and similar data points assist Topcon in monitoring the platform for security and infrastructure stability.
Service Usage Data has the meaning set out in clause 8.1

Related to Service Usage Data

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
