Service Termination shall have the meaning described in Section 3(b) of this Agreement.

Service Termination means the termination of a service provided to the user through termination of the subscription contract, upon his request, or through termination by the service provider under the terms of this service, or under a relevant instruction by the Commission.

Service Termination is defined in Section 6.1 of this Work Agreement.

Examples of Service Termination in a sentence

A Service Termination shall not occur and Continuous Service shall not be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any approved leave of absence, (ii) transfers among the Company, any Subsidiary or Affiliate, or any successor, in any capacity of Employee, Director or Consultant, or (iii) any change in status as long as the individual remains in the service of the Company or a Subsidiary or Affiliate in any capacity of Employee, Director or Consultant.
In the event of Service Termination resulting from the Grantee’s voluntary resignation or termination from the Board for any reason except as set forth in Section 3(c) above, all unvested Granted Units subject to this award shall be immediately forfeited as of the Termination Date.
If Customer does not provide such notice, the Service shall expire on the Service Termination Date.
Subsequent to his Service Termination Date, an Independent Director may render such services for any Fund, for such compensation, as may be agreed upon from time to time by such Independent Director and the Board of the Fund which desires to procure such services.
Service Termination means termination of service (other than by disability or death) of an Independent Director which results from the Director's having reached his Service Termination Date.
