Service Provider Representative definition

Service Provider Representative means the person identified by the Service Provider formally to represent it for the purpose of the Contract;

Service Provider Representative means the person appointed by us pursuant to Clause 3.1 as specified in the Cover Sheet.

Service Provider Representative. ’ means a representative appointed by the Service Provider in terms of clause 4 of this Agreement.

• The Authority and the Authority Representative shall be entitled to treat any act of the Service Provider Representative in connection with this Agreement as being expressly authorised by the Service Provider (save where the Service Provider has notified the Authority in writing that such authority has been revoked) and the Authority shall not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given.

• The Service Provider Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Service Provider for all purposes of this Agreement.

• The rights and remedies provided by this Agreement may be waived only in writing by the Authority Representative or the Service Provider Representative in a manner that expressly states that a waiver is intended, and such waiver shall only be operative with regard to the specific circumstances referred to.

• The Authority shall appoint an individual to liaise with the Service Provider Representative (the " Authority Representative"), and shall keep the Service Provider informed of the identity from time to time of the Authority Representative.

• The Service Provider shall employ a representative, the identity of whom will be subject to the prior written approval of the Authority (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), to act as its representative in connection with the provision of the Services and generally in connection with this Agreement (the " Service Provider Representative").

More Definitions of Service Provider Representative

Service Provider Representative means the person designated as the “Service Provider Contact” on the first page of this Agreement, or such other person as may from time to time be appointed by the Service Provider;

Service Provider Representative means the representative appointed by the Service Provider named in the Call Off Order Form;

Service Provider Representative means the individual identified as such in Schedule 5, as may be changed in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Provider Representative shall be any individual initially designated by a Service Provider to provide the applicable Service at any time that such individual is employed by the Service Provider. Either Service Provider may replace a Service Representative, subject to the Service Recipient’s prior approval (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).

Service Provider Representative means the representative of the Service Provider nominated and appointed in writing from time to time who will have overall responsibility for the Services across the Transnet Group and who shall constitute the key contact person who shall liaise with the Transnet Group Representative;

Service Provider Representative means the specific Employee of Service Provider identified in the Agreement as the person authorized to coordinate the Services with Contractor.
