Service Provider Representative definition

Service Provider Representative means the representative appointed by the Service Provider from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Service Provider Representative means the representative of the Service Provider responsible for managing all matters related to this Agreement on behalf of the Service Provider, as specified in Section 14.
Service Provider Representative means the specific Employee of Service Provider identified in the Agreement as the person authorized to coordinate the Services with Contractor.

More Definitions of Service Provider Representative

Service Provider Representative means the person appointed by us pursuant to Clause 3.1 as specified in the Cover Sheet.
